A Chicago-based company has acquired a property in Burlington County with plans to develop a logistics campus of up to 1.5 million square feet, it announced this week.
Logistics Property Co. LLC acquired the 72.35-acre parcel off Route 130 in Cinnaminson, with plans for a 1.2 million- to 1.5 million-square-foot complex with up to 6 acres of parking. The property will be known as Box Park Logistics Center.
“This is a trophy project in one of the strongest markets in the country,” Mark Glagola, senior vice president and market leader – Northeast region at LPC, said in a prepared statement. “I couldn’t be prouder of our team’s coordinated effort getting this stellar deal across the line.”
Cushman & Wakefield will market the property, while FCL Builders is the general contractor. FCL will commence site clearing and grading in about three weeks, LPC said.
