The developer of an apartment complex in Randolph announced it is ready to break ground on the final phases of the community.
Value Cos. Inc. said the final phases of the Gateways at Randolph project will deliver 104 two-bedroom homes across four buildings, as well as a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse building. The new apartments will bring the total number of units at Gateways to 1,003.
“We’re upgrading a rental product built over 40 years ago and making it 21st century quality by introducing over 100 units as modern as can be,” Andrew Abramson, CEO and president of Value Cos., said in a prepared statement. “We’re also improving our resort-style amenity package and adding the kind of social and recreational elements today’s renter desires. These efforts will make Gateways at Randolph even more attractive by providing an ideal rental lifestyle inside and out.”
The newest units at the 44 Center Grove Road complex will range from 981 to more than 1,100 square feet, including eight two-story townhomes.
The clubhouse will be built adjacent to the current fitness center and pool, and include an outdoor patio/lounge area, as well as a new leasing center with model apartments.
