Rose Commercial Real Estate works on trio of South Jersey office sales

Rose Commercial Real Estate has negotiated a trio of office sales in South Jersey worth a total of $2.3 million, it announced.

The largest deal was the $900,000 sale of a 6,205-square-foot property at 413 Route 70 in Cherry Hill, which was sold by 413 Partners LLC to Manler LLC. The purchasing law firm, which is relocating from Philadelphia, will occupy the second story of the property, while the seller’s Katz Pierz Insurance will remain a tenant on the first floor.

Adam Rose, president of Rose Commercial, represented the seller, while Jason Kramer of Binswanger represented the buyer.

The second deal was an $800,000 sale of a 10,000-square-foot office and warehouse property at 3081 Route 73 S. in Maple Shade, which was sold by Shade Point LLC to 3081 Route 73 LLC. The buyer will use the building as the new home for Wilkinson Construction Inc., taking about half the available space while leasing the remainder.

Rose represented both parties in the transaction.

The third deal was the $600,000 sale of a 4,000-square-foot medical office at 1055 Haddon Ave. in Collingswood, which was sold by Katherine Malcarney to PMAK5 LLC. An eye doctor, Dr. Michael Kresloff, will open a new Kresloff Eye Associates facility there in the fourth quarter.

Rose represented the buyer, while Joe Riggs of NAI Mertz represented the seller.
