A pediatric provider has signed a lease for 1,377 square feet of medical office space at Parsippany Commons, according to real estate firm Larken Associates.
Larken said in a news release that Morris Pediatric Care LLC, led by Dr. Aradhana Rajkumar, has taken the space at the three-story, 54,000-square-foot building at 3219 Route 46 E.
“New Jersey’s medical office sector is facing significant undersupply as health care systems continue to expand their outpatient and specialty practices deeper into communities,” Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken’s in-house brokerage division, said in a prepared statement. “In such a tight market, it can often be difficult for single practitioners like Morris Pediatric Care to find spaces that fit their needs.
“We are happy to welcome them to Parsippany Commons and look forward to building upon our relationship in coming years.”
