Toll Bros. starts work on Middletown townhouse community

Homebuilder Toll Bros. announced Wednesday that it has begun construction on a community in Middletown, called Middletown Walk.

The developer said in a news release that the community will open this fall, and onsite construction is underway. Prices are expected to start in the mid-$600,000s and a sales center is expected to open in October.

Three-level luxury townhomes in the community could exceed 3,000 square feet, in a three-bedroom, three-bathroom layout. Community amenities will include a clubhouse, outdoor pool and more.

“With floor plans designed for today’s buyers and unrivaled personalization options offered through our national award-winning Toll Bros. Design Studio, Middletown Walk will offer residents the best in luxury living in one of Monmouth County’s most desirable neighborhoods,” Craig Cherry, division president for New Jersey, said in a prepared statement. “We are excited to bring our stunning collection of new home designs to this very special community.”
