A private investor has purchased a full-service landscaping company based in Bergen County, according to business broker Benjamin Ross Group.
The firm said in a news release that it performed a valuation of Wood Landscapes & Horticulture Service Group, served as business broker for the sale, identified a qualified buyer and secured financing for the deal.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
