World Insurance Associates, the Tinton Falls-based insurance brokerage, has made several recent acquisitions, it announced.
The acquisitions included:
- Governor Insurance Agency of Vienna, Ohio;
- McFarlin Insurance Agency LLP of Columbia, Maryland;
- Rocco Rose of Brockton, Massachusetts.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel to WIA on all three transactions, while MarshBerry advised on the Governor deal, Mystic Capital Advisors Group advised on the McFarlin deal and TAG Consulting advised on the Rocco Rose deal.
Basi Basi & Associates provided legal counsel to Governor and Agency Brokerage Consultants advised it. Forbes Gallagher provided legal counsel to Rocco Rose.
