A utilities construction company has renewed its lease in Windsor, real estate firm NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. announced this week.
Elecnor Hawkeye, which performs underground utility and cabling work, uses the 13,640-square-foot industrial facility at 92 N. Main St. for office, warehouse and maintenance space, the real estate firm noted.
Marc Shein, senior vice president, represented the tenant in the deal; he had previously represented it in the original lease transaction at the site.
“I am pleased to have once again represented Elecnor Hawkeye with its real estate objectives,” he said in a prepared statement. “The company has been a great tenant in the building for several years and wanted to remain in this centrally located part of the state so it can easily travel to all of its clients’ sites.”
