Fast-casual sandwich franchise Jersey Mike’s Subs has signed a lease at St. Georges Crossing in Woodbridge, according to Levin Management Corp., the property’s exclusive leasing and managing agent.
The sub restaurant signed for 1,200 square feet at the 343,000-square-foot property, bringing it to 100% occupancy, LMC said in a news release. E.J. Moawad led the transaction for LMC, while Gary Krauss of Pierson Commercial Real Estate served as tenant broker.
“This Jersey Mike’s operator had been interested in St. Georges Crossing for quite some time,” Moawad said in a prepared statement. “We are thrilled to accommodate their space needs while bringing a quality new dining element to the property. St. Georges Crossing has become a magnet for national brands that secure its position as a ‘one-stop shopping’ destination. We have no doubt this new Jersey Mike’s location will be embraced by the local community.”
Jersey Mike’s will share a redeveloped, freestanding building on the site with a Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen and Xfinity Retail Store.
