A grocery-anchored retail center in North Arlington has sold for $13.5 million, according to real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
The firm said in a news release that Arlington Plaza, a 37,603-square-foot center at 1-29 Schuyler Ave. anchored by a Super Foodtown, was sold by Arlington North Associates to an undisclosed privately held investment firm.
The team of Seth Pollack, Brian Whitmer, Max Helfman, Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut and Gary Gabriel represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
“Arlington Plaza presented a rare opportunity to purchase a dominant grocery-anchored center situated in the dense and affluent Bergen County,” Pollack said in a prepared statement. “The asset is 100% occupied by a diverse, seasoned roster of 11 tenants at a ‘main and main’ signalized intersection.”
