Colliers looks to bolster N.J. industrial practice, hires 2 industry veterans

Commercial real estate firm Colliers added two new members to its Woodbridge office, bolstering the company’s industrial practice in the state.

Douglas Bansbach and Linda Hill will serve as executive managing director and senior managing director, respectively, the company said in a statement released Monday. The pair came to Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield and bring more than 45 years of combined experience, the company said.

The move comes as the industrial sector in New Jersey continues to grow. Industrial leasing activity increased 36.6% in the first half of 2021 when compared with the same period in 2019, according to a recent Colliers report.

“Attracting such well-respected leaders is evidence of our dedication to expanding our footprint across the state,” Dennis Waggner, executive managing director of Colliers New Jersey, said in a statement.

Hill began her real estate career in 2001 and most recently served as a director at Cushman & Wakefield. Bansbach has worked in the real estate industry for more than 30 years and most recently served as senior director at Cushman & Wakefield.
