An industrial property in Carlstadt sold for $17.9 million to Terreno Realty Corp., the company said in a news release.
Terreno purchased the 4.9-acre vacant lot, located at 245 Paterson Plank Road, from an undisclosed seller, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
NAI Hanson’s Scott Perkins and Chris Todd represented Terreno in the transaction.
Terreno owns and operates industrial real estate in six major U.S. markets, including northern New Jersey.
