Colliers announced Wednesday that it has arranged the sale of a 71,280-square-foot warehouse in Pennsauken.
The building, at 6950 Sherman Lane, was formerly occupied by Boomerang Office Furniture and includes 4,558 square feet of office space and nine loading docks.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Colliers’ Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner represented the buyer, BakeDeco/Kerekes, a Brooklyn-based distributor of restaurant supplies and equipment.
“This is a terrific building for our client and affords them the opportunity to accommodate their growth,” Richman said. “We are in the midst of an unprecedented imbalance of supply and demand and, to find an asset like this in this environment, we are thrilled with the outcome for BakeDeco.”
Westfield Real Estate’s Marc Policarpo represented the seller in the transaction.
