Two companies have signed leases at an industrial building in Secaucus, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
The trucking division of San Antonio Broker Services took 22,800 square feet at 560 Jefferson Ave., NAI Hanson said in a news release. Icera, a provider of luxury bath fixtures, took the remaining 19,200 square feet in the facility.
NAI Hanson’s Scott Perkins, Christopher Todd, William Ericksen and Dena Scott represented the landlord, Link Logistics, in the transactions.
“Today, more than ever, the hypercompetitive nature of the northern New Jersey market demonstrates the need for industrial tenants and landlords to work with experienced and knowledgeable market experts,” Todd said. “For companies like Icera looking to store and distribute products manufactured overseas, 560 Jefferson provides an adaptive space with unparalleled access to both land and sea, perfect for sustainable growth in the long term.”
These leases bring the 82,400-square-foot industrial building to full occupancy, the firm said.
“It is quite rare in this competitive market to see an industrial building with the accessibility and flexibility of 560 Jefferson Ave. come to the market,” Perkins said. “We were happy to leverage our experience and local market knowledge on behalf of Link Logistics to help them navigate a complex and fast-moving market and secure two high-quality tenants for this unique space.”
Icera was represented by Harold Imperatore of JLL Capital Markets, and John Donnelly of Colliers represented San Antonio Broker Services.
