Real estate firm NAI Mertz has been tasked with leasing 1 Gateway Blvd., a 245,749-square-foot facility in Pedricktown.
Mount Laurel-based NAI Mertz’s president, Scott Mertz, was awarded the exclusive assignment for the Class A industrial building located in Gateway Business Park, the firm said in a news release.
“This is a great property in one of southern New Jersey’s hottest industrial submarkets, making it a highly sought-after location for businesses looking for access to major highways and convenience for employees as they head back to work,” Mertz said. “I have an intimate knowledge of this property and the surrounding area, and plan to quickly bring new tenants to the building.”
The property was purchased by STAG Industrial in 2017, and this is the second time that Mertz has presented the building to the market, the firm said.
The building offers approximately 20,000 square feet of Class A corporate office space, multiple building cranes with five-ton capacity, two loading docks and 10 oversized drive-ins, NAI Mertz said. The building can also be expanded by 50,000 square feet, and additional loading docks can be added.
