Jets partner with wagering app for MetLife lounge and more

The New York Jets have announced a partnership with wagering app Fubo Sportsbook to create the Fubo Sportsbook Lounge at MetLife Stadium.

The 7,000-square-foot lounge is set to debut during the 2021-2022 season and will offer the look and feel of a casino-style sportsbook with betting odds integration, the Jets said in a statement.

“This partnership with Fubo Sportsbook is another major step for the New York Jets in our journey to prioritize engagement with our fan base, including the enhancement of their overall stadium experience on game day,” said Jeff Fernandez, Jets vice president, business development + ventures.

Fubo Sportsbook, which is expected to launch in the fourth quarter, will also sponsor the Jets Mobile App and is the team’s first legal sports betting partner to leverage the team’s advertising partnership with Sportradar, the team said.

“The New York Jets is a leading sports organization with a strong base of enthusiastic and loyal fans, and we strongly believe in the future success of the team,” Fubo Gaming President Scott Butera said.

“The Fubo Sportsbook is designed to meet the increased demand for interactivity by integrating real-time sports streaming with personalized wagering experiences,” Butera said. “The Fubo Sportsbook will also have the ability to leverage first-party data to understand viewing preferences and provide relevant bet recommendations.”

Fans who use the Jets Mobile App will receive access to special offers and game day incentives tied to the lounge, and Fubo Sportsbook customers can also access unique rewards, including VIP pregame sideline experiences.
