Real estate development firm CHA Partners has unveiled a new upscale senior living community in East Hanover.
LIVIA, a 100,000-square-foot facility with 86 skilled nursing beds and 37 beds for assisted living residences, will be operational in September, CHA said in a statement.
“LIVIA marks a major step forward in creating innovative, state-of-the-art senior living communities that cater to individual needs and lifestyle preferences,” said Bill Colgan, managing principal at LIVIA and managing partner at CHA Partners. “In developing LIVIA’s mission, we look forward to welcoming a new generation of senior care that prioritizes well-being with a focus on a concierge level of service.”
LIVIA’s second facility, a 310,000-square-foot campus, is under construction in Totowa and is expected to open in early 2022.
The firm said it plans to launch two additional LIVIA facilities in Ocean and Passaic County, but dates for their opening were not provided.
