Prism announces grand opening of Woodbridge luxury apartments

Nutley-based Prism Capital Partners on Monday announced the grand opening of Avenue & Green, the firm’s luxury apartment community located in downtown Woodbridge.

The property, which sits adjacent to Woodbridge Station, offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom residences, with rents starting at $1,695, the firm said in a statement.

“Woodbridge is an outstanding place to live and play,” Prism Principal Partner Edwin Cohen said. “We are so pleased to introduce this distinctive, upscale lifestyle option that has been designed with the resident experience in mind.”

The site features 10,500 square feet of street-level retail that’s anchored by LeGrand Coffee House, owned by former Rutgers University football player Eric LeGrand, Prism said. It is LeGrand Coffee’s first brick-and-mortar location.

“Everyone is excited about LeGrand Coffee House — a quality business owned and operated by a true Garden State hero, and we look forward to rounding out the retail roster with additional carefully selected tenants,” said Robert Fourniadis, senior vice president, residential, for Prism.
