Signature Acquisitions, a real estate company based in Cranford, has successfully negotiated approximately 90,000 square feet of new office leases and renewals at Parkway Commerce Center.
The eight-building office complex, located in Cranford and Clark, minutes from downtown Cranford and the Clark Commons Mall, spans 820,000 square feet and offers a wide range of adaptable office space, Signature said in a statement.
“Our heightened focus on tenant-centric asset management, together with our new property management team and experienced leasing brokers, has enabled us to attract the growing tenant demand that we have seen in the market recently,” said Sandy Monaghan, senior vice president and director of leasing.
Signature negotiated over 40,000 square feet in lease renewals across a broad range of companies, including CaroTrans, which renewed its lease for 10,849 square feet, and Jacobs Engineering’s renewal of 10,159 square feet, at 100 Walnut Ave.
The firm has signed approximately 50,000 square feet in new leases, including a 15,000-square-foot lease with food-tech company Remarkable Foods, the firm said.
Cushman & Wakefield’s William O’Keefe, Charles Parmelli, Shawn Straka and Joe Ratner represented Signature in the transactions.
Abe Brach, CEO of Signature Acquisitions, added: “The recent hiring of Sandy Monaghan has helped bring our team together, as evidenced by our recent leasing success, and I’m excited about our future leasing prospects. I remain bullish about the viability of our Parkway Commerce Center, given its convenient location, to support companies with employees that desire shorter commutes, as well as to serve as a satellite location for companies based in Manhattan.”
