Real estate firm Larken Associates said it has negotiated a 1,629-squre-foot lease with Max and Mia’s at Kingsbridge Center in Hillsborough.
Max and Mia’s, a consignment store founded by Brett Cooper, signed the lease at 378 S. Branch Road to accommodate the store’s continued growth, Larken said in a statement.
“We are continuing to see strong leasing activity in retail buildings that are both well-located and highly adaptable to a variety of uses,” said Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates.
Kingsbridge Center, home to retail, medical and professional tenants, consists of five buildings that offer built-to-suit units, as well as 250 on-site parking spaces, Larken said.
“Our in-demand properties are paired with our focus on superior tenant service to ensure we can build lasting relationships with tenants like Max and Mia’s,” Marek said. “We look forward to seeing their new space come to life.”
