Wolf Commercial Real Estate, based in Marlton, has appointed a former Colliers International director as executive vice president, the company said in a statement.
Evan Zweben will help lead the firm’s growth in southern New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania, the firm said.
“Evan’s guidance and leadership skills will play a key role in managing our regional growth, meeting our client expectations and recruiting new talent, especially as our CORFAC International alliance continues to open up new business opportunities throughout the region,” Managing Principal Jason Wolf said.
Zweben is a graduate of Towson University and vice president on the board of directors for the Katz JCC, where he serves as the chairperson of the JCC Camps at Medford.
“It has been impossible to miss what Jason and WCRE has accomplished over the past 10 years,” Zweben said. “From a top-notch unique marketing platform to a best-in-class social/community initiative, I could not be more excited to join WCRE and help be a part of what their team is accomplishing and where they are heading.”
