Trinity Rehab signs lease at Hackensack shopping plaza

Trinity Rehab, a physical therapy and rehabilitation center, is expanding in Bergen County with a new long-term lease at Summit Plaza in Hackensack, according to commercial real estate firm Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

The 4,245-square-foot unit is located at 380 W. Pleasantview Ave., and is the latest among Trinity’s 47 locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Sanzari said in a statement.

“We have seen well-located and adaptable retail properties, like Summit Plaza, continue to stand out in a difficult retail market,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Sanzari. “Situated at the intersection to three of Bergen County’s most heavily traveled roads, few retail properties in the area are better located than Summit Plaza.”

Trinity will be joining several other tenants in the 88,000-squre-foot retail complex, including national brands like GNC, UPS Store and Metro by T-Mobile. The complex is anchored by a Stop & Shop supermarket.

Silbert Realty & Management Co. represented Sanzari and Trinity in the transaction.

“Trinity Rehab and Summit Plaza are a perfect match,” said David Greenman, senior vice president at Silbert Realty and the exclusive broker on both the Trinity and Summit Plaza accounts. “Furthermore, Summit Plaza will afford Trinity Rehab the much-sought-after foothold within the growing Hackensack submarket, the county seat of Bergen County.”
