A new dental office has signed a lease for 2,400 square feet of retail space at Echo Plaza Shopping Center in Springfield, according to real estate company Larken Associates.
Dental Care Springfield, owned by Dr. Jerome Simon, is set to open in September at the retail center, located at 901 Mountain Ave., Larken said in a news release.
“Dental Care Springfield is delighted to bring 30 years of combined clinical experience, modern technology such as TVs above the dental chair and old-fashioned customer service to the Springfield community,” Simon said.
Shane Wierks of Jeffery Realty represented Larken Associates and Dental Care Springfield in the transaction.
“We have long understood that, no matter what the broad macroeconomic forces facing the retail market are, location and adaptability will be timeless differentiators among properties that see consistent demand,” said Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates.
“Echo Plaza is emblematic of the success of that approach as we have continued to see strong demand from tenants like Dental Care Springfield over the past several years of economic uncertainty,” Kelly said.
