Were you impacted by Tropical Storm Ida, but are not sure how to navigate the various relief opportunities that are available? The state of New Jersey is looking to help.
Gov. Phil Murphy said the state will host a virtual information and resource town hall at 10 a.m. Friday for anyone impacted by the recent floods from Tropical Storm Ida.
The webinar will feature many top officials, including Murphy, State Police Superintendent Col. Patrick Callahan and Dan Kelly, the head of the Governor’s Disaster Recovery Office.
Representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, along with several members of the cabinet, including Environmental Protection Commissioner Shawn LaTourette, Banking and Insurance Commissioner Marlene Caride and acting Human Services Commissioner Sarah Adelman, also will be available.
Murphy said the group will be taking questions and helping those who aren’t sure of where to turn to navigate the programs available to them during what is certainly a challenging time for the state.
