Boston real estate firm names SVP to implement N.J., Metro N.Y. strategy

Boston-based real estate firm Marcus Partners appointed a new senior vice president for its Morristown office.

Todd Minerley will implement the company’s industrial acquisitions strategy in Metro New York, including New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the company said in a news release.

“Metro New York is among the top industrial markets in the country, servicing the largest population in the U.S.,” said Bill McAvoy, principal and co-chief investment officer. “Todd bolsters our industrial expertise in Metro New York and will allow us to better cover the entire Northeast corridor.”

Prior to joining Marcus Partners, Minerley was market officer for Venture One Realty’s New Jersey, Long Island and Philadelphia markets, Marcus said. The firm is pursuing industrial assets in the Boston, New York and Washington metro markets to invest a $360 million discretionary fund.

“Todd’s expertise will help us to expand our portfolio in the thriving Metro New York market, including New Jersey and Pennsylvania,” McAvoy said.
