Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is selling the office tower at 101 Hudson St. in Jersey City to the Birch Group for $380 million, ROI-NJ has learned.
The Class A building is a 42-story, 1.2 million-square-foot property that is one of the tallest buildings in Jersey City. It is home to Apprentice.io and NJIT@Jersey City, among other tenants.
The deal is expected to close in the next 30 days.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Adam Spies, Andy Merin, David Bernhaut, Kevin Donner, Gary Gabriel and Frank DiTommaso arranged the sale.
The Art Deco-inspired building offers views of the New York skyline, as well as an elegant lobby, parking garage, on-site restaurants and other amenities, according to Mack-Cali.
