Bogg Bag, the Wyckoff-based maker of beach bags and accessories, signed a lease for a 19,000-square-foot warehouse in Lodi, according to Stro Cos.
The warehouse is part of a 28,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 240 Route 17 S., Stro said in a news release. Bogg Bag leased the facility to expand its retail and manufacturing operations.
“We were in the market for a larger distribution center, and were pleasantly surprised when we realized we could also utilize the space to open our first retail location,” Bogg Bag owner Kim Vaccarella said. “Hopefully opening for holiday 2021, Boutique 26 will be filled with unique gifts for the Bogg Bag lover and beyond.”
Jack Shulman, director of acquisitions and capital markets at Stro, represented the landlord in the transaction, the commercial real estate company said.
“240 Route 17’s unique positioning offers Bogg Bag an unrivaled opportunity to grow their business and provide incredible access to one of the busiest roadways in New Jersey,” Shulman said. “We are excited to welcome Bogg Bag to the building and see their success in combining retail and warehousing all under one roof.”
