Design retailer signs lease in Cinnaminson for its third location

Burlington Design Center, a retailer selling Benjamin Moore and other products, has signed a lease at a shopping center in Cinnaminson, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.

The independent retailer, which also sells Festool and Hunter Douglas products, among others, signed a long-term lease for the 3,400-square-foot end cap of Chestnut Hill Plaza on Route 130, Vantage said in a news release. The new store represents the business’s third location.

Monica Walsh, Cherry Hill-based Vantage’s director of client services, worked with store owner Michael Keane on the lease deal, as well as with the landlord.

“We are confident that Michael Keane and Burlington Design Centers will be very successful in Cinnaminson Township on the Route 130 corridor,” Walsh said in a prepared statement. “They are answering to a continued demand for quality products that directly impact people’s living spaces in a positive manner. We are happy that we were able to secure the right retail space to help them accomplish their goals so that they can, in turn, help their clients fulfill their desires.”
