A developer is seeking approvals to build a 75-unit luxury apartment building in Cranford, according to NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
Harrison Developers purchased a 28,000-square-foot warehouse, located at 24 South Ave. W., that it plans to demolish to make way for the new apartment complex, NAI DiLeo-Bram said.
“This was a highly sought-after site by many developers looking to maximize the potential of this property, but the sale required a very unique and experienced buyer given the high estimated cost of the environmental cleanup,” NAI DiLeo-Bram Vice President Richard Goski said.
The team of Goski and Associate Vice President Catherine Goski represented both the seller and Harrison in the transaction, the firm said.
“This property was a family-owned industrial warehouse for generations, and we are excited to see the site take on a new life as a vibrant mixed-use development,” Catherine Goski said.
