A new luxury rental community, 99 Bridge, is open for leasing in Old Bridge, according to BNE Real Estate Group.
The 150-unit apartment complex, located at 99 Old Amboy Road, offers one- and two-bedroom units with rents starting at $2,280, BNE said in a news release. The community is offering grand opening incentives of up to two months free.
