LL Flooring, the specialty retailer formerly known as Lumber Liquidators, is opening a new location at Fairground Plaza in Mount Holly, Levin Management Corp. said in a news release.
The flooring company leased a 9,600-square-foot unit at the plaza, located on High Street at Woodpecker Lane, said LMC, which is the exclusive leasing and management agent for Fairground Plaza.
“Home improvement retailers are a boon to neighborhood shopping centers, driving traffic and providing convenience for local consumers,” LMC leasing representative Fred Younkin said. “This category is well-positioned for strong performance, based on sustained growth in homeowner remodeling and maintenance spending.”
Younkin represented the landlord in the transaction, and Metro Commercial’s Niklas Markley represented the tenant.
