Life Time, the wellness brand, is opening its seventh New Jersey location at the Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, it announced recently.
The 15,000-square-foot center will offer dedicated spaces for Pilates, yoga, cycle, barre and more, as well as luxury amenities, Life Time said in a news release.
“We are excited to bring this studio-centric Life Time experience with a scaled, personalized touch to Bergen County and specifically the beautiful Shops at Riverside,” Ashley Sikora, senior general manager for the facility, said in a prepared statement. “We can’t wait to engage members with our best classes and performers — and, if they have some shopping to do before or after their workout, the convenience is all right there.”
