R.J. Brunelli brokers property sale, series of retail leases

Real estate firm R.J. Brunelli & Co. LLC announced it has brokered a property sale and a series of retail leases in New Jersey recently.

In the sale transaction, a 27,000-square-foot former NY Sports Club building at 450 Highway 34 in Old Bridge was sold by the Racquet Place LLP to a private investor. Old Bridge-based R.J. Brunelli’s CEO and principal, Ron DeLuca, and a sales associate, Alexis Fiori, represented the seller in the deal, while Eddie Mardakhaev of Key Commercial Realty in Hillside represented the buyer.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

R.J. Brunelli also brokered a string of retail leases around New Jersey. They include:

  • Middletown Dry Cleaners, 2,780 square feet, Village Mall, Middletown;
  • Kayla’s Pretty Paws, 2,262 square feet, Lake Lawrence Shopping Center, Lawrence Township;
  • European Wax Center, 1,885 square feet, Manahawkin Commons, Manahawkin;
  • Pizza Hut, 1,800 square feet, 1882 Hooper Ave., Toms River;
  • Sweet Threads, 1,778 square feet, Lake Lawrence Shopping Center, Lawrence Township;
  • European Wax Center, 1,760 square feet, East Windsor Village, East Windsor;
  • Crumbl Cookies, 1,600 square feet, Commerce Center at Garden State Park, Cherry Hill;
  • European Wax Center, 1,560 square feet, Pompton Lakes Towne Square, Pompton Lakes;
  • Puff City, 1,500 square feet, Stahl Shopping Plaza, Wayne;
  • European Wax Center, 1,452 square feet, Morris Marketplace, Morris Township;
  • Greenhouse Business Center, 1,370 square feet, Lake Lawrence Shopping Center, Lawrence Township.
