Software firm renews lease for 15K sq. ft. in Jersey City

Newport Tower, 525 Washington Blvd., Jersey City. - BentallGreenOak

A software solutions firm has renewed its lease at Newport Tower in Jersey City, according to real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Avepoint will continue to occupy 15,467 square feet on the 14th floor of 525 Washington Blvd. after the long-term re-signing, C&W said.

C&W’s David DeMatteis, Robert Rudin, Mina Shehata and Dirk Hrobsky represented landlord BentallGreenOak in the transaction.

“Avepoint’s renewal at Newport Tower is a great indicator of Jersey City companies committing to their workplace long-term,” DeMatteis said in a prepared statement.
