A warehouse in Moorestown has been sold for the second time in a year, according to real estate firm Colliers.
Colliers said in a news release that Court Street Ventures purchased the 22,500-square-foot warehouse at 353 Crider Ave. about a year ago. The property was sold to Quinlan Development Group and Atrium Real Estate Group via 353 Crider Avenue LLC.
Ian Richman of Colliers’ Mount Laurel office facilitated the deal.
The property has undergone an extensive renovation over the past year, and prior to the sale, was leased to medical supplies distributor Yzer, Colliers noted.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
