A Jamaican restaurant has signed a lease at a Haddon Heights shopping center, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
The Cherry Hill-based firm said in a news release that Irie Mon Jamaican Restaurant and Take-Out signed a lease for space at Plaza 500 at 507 Black Horse Pike. It will be the fourth restaurant in the center, Vantage noted.
Monica Walsh, director of client services, and Mike Gries, sales associate, worked with ownership and the tenant on the transaction.
“Working with Vantage was a great experience,” restaurant owner Winsome Douglas said in a prepared statement. “Mike’s positive attitude, attention to detail and vast knowledge kept me comfortable throughout the process.”
