A New York state-based dermatology group has acquired a South Jersey-based dermatology practice, it announced recently.
Schweiger Dermatology Group said the deal for Warmuth Institute of Dermatology will give it new offices in Elmer and Swedesboro, adding to its rapid growth throughout the Northeast.
The Warmuth Institute of Dermatology was founded in 2002 by Dr. Ingrid Warmuth, who will join the Schweiger provider team along with Brittany Davis and Lauren Hartman, both physician assistants.
“I am very excited and pleased to join the Schweiger Dermatology Group,” Warmuth said in a prepared statement. “They are committed to continuing the highest standard of individualized care for our patients, while ensuring support for administrative responsibilities. This allows me to do what is most important to me — focusing on the care of my patients.”
