Even the cool jobs are paying well this winter.
Mountain Creek Resort in Vernon announced it will pay $15 an hour for all full-time, part-time and seasonal entry-level team members starting this winter. And that’s just the start.
In addition to the pay, Mountain Creek officials said team members can enjoy seasonal and new-hire referral bonuses, and can look forward to a variety of the resort’s unique perks and incentives, including:
- All-access ski pass for themselves and other family members;
- Discounts on food, beverages, retail, rentals and hotels;
- Potential free housing for those who qualify;
- Paid volunteer time off for those looking to give back to the community.
General Manager Evan Kovach said Mountain Creek Resort and its parent company, SNOW Operating, are determined to create a best-places-to-work environment.
