Poke Café, a fast-casual Asian fusion restaurant, is opening at the Flemington Marketplace in Flemington, according to real estate firm Levin Management Corp.
LMC said in a news release that the 2,400-square-foot lease brings the 239,000-square-foot shopping center to 100% occupancy.
North Plainfield-based LMC is the exclusive managing and leasing agent for the property. Its Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty, senior leasing representative, arranged the transaction.
“Increasingly, consumers are looking for freshly prepared meals that are nutritious, flavorful and high in quality,” she said in a prepared statement. “Poke Café adds another desirable fast-casual dining option at Flemington Marketplace, and we are excited to bring this concept to the community.”
Poke bowls include raw, diced fish tossed with rice, vegetables and sauces. The restaurant also will serve bubble and fruit teas, among other options.
The center is located on Route 202 near the Flemington Circle.
