The Stro Cos., a Ridgewood-based real estate company, has named a new chief operating officer, it announced Monday.
Jeffrey Buchman had been executive vice president of asset management for Ivy Realty for the past six years, the firm said in a news release.
“We are happy to have Jeff join our firm,” founder and Principal Steven Millstein said in a prepared statement. “His experience and knowledge of asset management and leasing will be invaluable as we continue our expansion across New Jersey and other markets.”
