A Branchburg office building has reached full occupancy after the signing of a lease with a speakers bureau, according to real estate firm Larken Associates.
Leigh Bureau signed for 1,303 square feet at Campus View Plaza, 1250 Route 28, which also serves as Larken’s headquarters. Timothy Deluccia of Berkshire Hathaway/the Deluccia Commercial Group represented Larken in the transaction.
“The Somerset County office market continues to see strength despite broad uncertainty surrounding the return to work,” Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken’s in-house brokerage division, said in a prepared statement. “Somerset County’s supremely accessible location and strong underlying demographics ensure it will continue to stand out to companies looking to solidify their long-term office plans in the months to come.”
Campus View Plaza is a three-story, 33,430-square-foot property.
