Piscataway industrial park sells for $10.5M, NAI DiLeo-Bram says

An industrial park in Piscataway has sold for $10.5 million, according to real estate firm NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.

Clover Leaf Industrial Park, which includes multiple buildings on 26 acres at 28 Howard St., was sold to Contract Leasing Corp., which will operate its trailer leasing business on-site. The undisclosed seller was represented by Chris Galiano, managing director and principal with NAI DiLeo-Bram.

“We are pleased to have brought a new industrial company to this property,” Galiano said in a prepared statement. “The property features an active rail line and offers a myriad of development opportunities, making it well-positioned for future expansions for all of the tenants.”
