The law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper P.C. has hired a new partner as co-chair of its Labor and Employment Practice, it announced this week.
Joshua L. Weiner brings 15 years of experience to his new role, and will focus on litigation as well as administrative and arbitration proceedings, employment law preventative practices and more. He will be co-chair of the Labor and Employment Practice with Partner Kathleen M. Connelly.
“Joshua Weiner’s significant expertise in employment and labor law will be a tremendous asset for our clients,” David Pierce, Lindabury’s president, said in a prepared statement. “We are eager for him to apply his notable experience in representing employers in complex proceedings across a variety of industries.”
He is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law.
