Performing arts school finds new home in Ridgewood

A performing arts school has signed a lease for 4,200 square feet of space in Ridgewood, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.

NAI Hanson said in a news release that the Ridgewood Conservatory signed for the space at 615 Franklin Turnpike, an 11,000-square-foot office building with frontage on Route 17.

The team of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, along with David M. Ukleja, represented both the landlord, RDOMY Realty LLC, and the tenant in the transaction.

TRC, which offers a lineup of music, voice and dance programs, is relocating to be closer to its staff and students, NAI Hanson said.

“As in-person education returns, places like the Ridgewood Conservatory will increasingly be looking for spaces that provide the best combination of quality and accessibility,” Lizzack said in a prepared statement. “We are pleased to leverage our expertise of the northern New Jersey market to find that combination for TRC at 615 Franklin Turnpike in their new home.”
