Komline-Sanderson, a Peapack-based designer and manufacturer of wastewater management and other industrial equipment, has acquired a maker of stormwater products, it announced this week.
The deal for AquaShield Inc. gives Komline a maker of products for stormwater runoff, rainwater harvesting and more. The transaction will allow Komline to expand its product and service offerings, manufacturing capacity and geographic reach, the company said. It represents the fourth acquisition of the year for Komline.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“As with our other acquisitions this year, bringing AquaShield into our business means that we have even more capabilities and services to offer our corporate and municipal customers,” Komline CEO Danai Brooks said in a prepared statement. “AquaShield’s products protect our waterways from pollutants often transported by stormwater. We believe offering stormwater solutions will allow us to create high-quality usable water for our communities in new, innovative ways.”
AquaShield is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
