Fixture and display distributor sells Trenton industrial building

An industrial building in Trenton has been sold, according to real estate firm NAI Fennelly.

The 22,600-square-foot building at 626 Brunswick Ave. was sold by fixture and display distributor Compass to a private buyer, the firm said. NAI Fennelly’s Jerry Fennelly represented the seller in the transaction.

Compass had consolidated its holdings to two buildings from three in the Philadelphia/Trenton area, NAI Fennelly said, and hired the firm to sell the building after years of difficulty procuring a buyer.

“We take great pride in our ability to not only operate as transaction managers, but also as key pieces in helping clients achieve their business goals,” Jerry Fennelly, the firm’s president, said in a prepared statement. “The sale of 626 Brunswick exemplifies the NAI Fennelly difference and how we leverage our unmatched understanding of our local markets and experience to drive results on behalf of a wide range of clients across the region.”
