Fluid dispensing solutions company Nordson EFD LLC is shuttering its Robbinsville location and moving operations to Connecticut, according to a federal WARN notice filed with the state of New Jersey.
Some 121 employees at the adhesive materials facility could lose their jobs in the move, according to the notice. Some employees “with key skill sets” have been offered employment in Connecticut, the notice said.
Nordson EFD did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Workers are eligible for severance and other benefits, including COBRA insurance.
WARN notices normally cover mass layoffs or facility closings as part of the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act of 1989.
