A day care center has leased space at Hillsborough Business Center, according to real estate firm Larken Associates.
Kinn Academy signed the lease for 6,269 square feet of industrial/flex space at the 27-building, 550,000-square-foot center on Stryker Lane in Hillsborough. The day care will be located at 133 Stryker Lane, a 10,010-square-foot building with a fenced outdoor play area that is also home to the Little Gym.
“Whether it is space for an industrial tenant, a brand-new craft brewery or a day care, the flexible construction of Hillsborough Business Center has proven time and time again that it can accommodate for the needs of any tenant,” Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, Branchburg-based Larken’s in-house brokerage division, said in a prepared statement. “We are excited to welcome Kinn Academy to the property, as we know it provides an ideal place for them to grow and adds a valuable service to the surrounding community for those with child care needs.”
