Former bank to become home for credit reporting firm

A former bank in Hammonton has sold off-market, and will become home to a credit reporting firm’s business, Vantage Commercial said recently.

The Cherry Hill-based real estate firm said in a news release that the former Capital One Bank at 245 Bellevue Ave. will become home to National Credit Reporting Systems Inc.

Ken Richardson, executive director, and Aran Ploshansky, director, handled the transaction, having originally positioned the building for lease to a new tenant.

“We had a few strong tenants interested in the building for full occupancy and partial occupancy use,” Richardson said in a prepared statement. “The deals were put on hold during the high point of the pandemic, as users did not see value in signing at that time. We continued to tour, and that was when I met Curt Knuth from NCS.”

The seller and financial terms were not disclosed.
