The lab-ready life sciences property in Jersey City, 95 Greene, has a new tenant, as RWJBarnabas Health and its Jersey City Medical Center signed a long-term lease, real estate firm JLL and developer Thor Equities Group said recently.
The real estate firm said in a news release that RWJBH signed for 11,235 square feet of ground-floor retail space with a dedicated entrance.
JLL’s Dan Loughlin, vice chairman; Dan Spero, senior managing director; Bob Ryan and Craig Eisenhardt, managing directors; Blake Goodman, executive vice president; and John Cahill, senior vice president, are serving as exclusive leasing agents for the property.

The eight-story, 350,000-square-foot building is a former Colgate Palmolive toothpaste factory and Class A office property. Thor bought the property in March 2020 and overhauled it to create the life sciences facility.
